Thank you for contacting the expert team at Latoison Law. We can definitely help look into your case and do anything possible to help get your license and privileges restored.
With this in mind, please read the following very carefully. We are making some changes to our pricing for these services, and the following will explain what is needed from you if we’re going to be moving forward with the license restoration process:
Due to an increase in the volume of clients in need of license restoration we have retaining our firm, we now offer a blanket service to all prospective and current clients. Our team will perform an in-depth analysis of the case to restore your license for a flat fee of $150.00. If you choose to retain our firm after your initial case review and consultation, this fee will be credited to your balance for future legal services rendered.
The fee that you pay for our services goes to the research and review process for your potential case. It’s also there as a good faith down payment for prospective clients who really do want to invest in having their license restored by legal specialists capable of doing so whenever possible.
Here is a brief FAQ regarding this change in our policies:

−
Where is my $150.00 going to be used?
Initially, this payment is for a thorough case review to see if it’s possible to use our legal expertise to have your license restored. If so, that $150.00 is credited to your account and covers future legal services of equal value, whether these are used to restore your license or some other service.

What happens if you aren't able to restore my license?
There are some situations in which the state of Pennsylvania bars you from even attempting to get your license restored due to certain state laws that cannot be overturned. While this is an unfortunate situation, we’re sorry to say that your $150.00 deposit is non-refundable.

Why should I still use your firm?
There are less reputable companies without real attorneys on staff who will offer the same services. Using these companies will cost you more and oftentimes, will not be able to get your license restored or reinstated successfully.
